Tropical Ginseng Smoothie

Serves: 16 oz
  • 8 ounces coconut water
  • ½ cup fresh mango
  • ½ heaping cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ teaspoon ginseng powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  1. Add the coconut water, mango, pineapple, ginseng powder, cinnamon and nutmeg to the blender. Starting the blender on a low speed, blend until smooth. If needed gradually increase to higher speeds and blend until smooth.
