Processing Facilities

After fresh ginseng roots are harvested, they are then washed and assorted on our quality assurance line. Most of our ginseng is then immediately dried in our industrial dryers for up to 2 weeks, while pre-ordered fresh ginseng is stored in our coolers.

Dried roots are then shipped to our partnered faculties for further processing in order to create products which satisfy specific needs of customers. Throughout the whole process, the ginseng products are constantly being tested to confirm that the quality stays consistent. Canadian Vita is currently partnered with processing facilities to turn our dried ginseng roots into powder and extracts. With these ingredients we continue to develop and produce new products such as chocolate, honey, capsules and tea.
