- 2 Asian pear (nashi/shingo pear)
- 20g Ginseng slices
- 60g Yellow sugar
- 4 pcs honey dates
- 3 litres water
- Cut the pears into big chunks.
- Bring water to boil in a pot.
- Put all the ingredients into the boiling water, and bring it to boil again for 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat, and continue to simmer for 45 minutes covering with a lid. Serve immediately.
